breakfast.


1/2 cup milk (been using almond milk but didn't have any today)
Vanilla Muscle Milk powder
Strawberries
Blueberries
Banana
Spinach

Kids love it and always ask when we are making 'the shake'.

Now...off to soccer. It's gonna be a hot one!

yay! one of my favorites. lately i've been doing banana, frozen mango, w/the spinach too. it's super yummy.
