Everything went so smoothly. The talks were great, the video about Julian turned out good ( I was downloading it as we were walking out the door, wasn't sure how or if it would turn out), and we celebrated with family at our house after for some chicken salad, fruit and cake. It was such a special day. Julian was very excited for this day. I was so excited for this day. Such an emotional day seeing my first be baptized. It is so neat to see him growing up and really understand the reason why we get baptized and the blessings we receive by following Jesus Christ.
After everyone left, I was kicking myself for forgetting to take a family picture of us at the chuch afterwards. Too worried about getting to the house to get the food all set out for hungry guests. Live and learn. Oh well. This is what I did get though.

Ahhh..that is so cute. yes such a busy day for the mom, but glad julian was excited. glad it didn't snow. Luke is getting baptized with 5 other kids so will be different :)
congrats, miss you guys
Yay Julian! That's so awesome. And totally cool that he got his OWN baptism day. Our stake combines them all into one day each month. So you have to share it with whatever other kids turn 8 that month. It's kind of lame, but I understand why they do it that way. Anyway, this is turning into a book. Congrats to Julian. Wish we could have been there.
Love it!!! YAY Julian! Can't believe all these kids are getting baptized now. Just yesterday they were 2 or 3, right?
