or at least sometimes if you live up here in the mountains like me. For the past two mornings we have woken up to these cute friends of ours. It was really cute because the babies were playing with the hammock, trying to swing it with their heads and the momma was just staring at me for the longest time. I kept telling her I wasn't going to hurt her babies.
... and these cute friends visited us a couple of weeks ago. Some baby deer. There were actually four of them but one was eating behind some trees. They layed down by the swings for a while and just hung out.

woah! that is way close up. sooo cool. when i lived with adam's parents in the desert (briefly) the only thing we would see close up were coyotes. those aren't so cool.
