Our New Addition

He's finally here! Well he's been here 6 days already but I am so happy to have him home and joining the rest of his brothers and sister. His name is Tyson Evans Dahl. We will be calling him Ty for short and Evans is Jared's grandfathers middle name. He weighed 9 lbs. 3 oz. and was 21 inches long. He was the exact same size Payton was. Somehow she felt bigger. He is such a wonderful baby. He is only getting up twice to eat at night and going right back to sleep. I just love the newborn stage. They are so innocent and when they open their eyes for the very first times and you can tell that they recognize that it is you and they intently listen is just priceless. I love it. It almost makes me sad that this is probably the last time I experience that.


Payton and the boys are just so happy and are loving on him every second. Micah says "He's so cute Mom". I am so glad that Micah is doing so well with everything. He is constantly wanting to hold him and give him his binky and is so happy to be an older brother. I am doing well under the circumstances. The surgery went well and I am slowly healing. Still in pain here and there but that is to be expected I guess. I just wish I could fast forward a couple months. It has been so helpful and has been so nice to have Jared home right now. He is absolutely wonderful and being Mr. Mom.


We are all happy to have Ty home with us and we can now adjust to being a family of six.
