Who cooks dinner? Me. He used to before we had kids. Not anymore.

Who drives? I do most of the driving. His driving scares me. He does sometimes though.

Who is more stubborn? Hard to say. I think it's a tie.

Who kissed who first? He kissed me.

What was your first date? It was Memorial Day and we had dinner at The Sagebrush Cantina.

Who proposed? Jared. I don't think I could do that. That's the man's job.

Who has more siblings? He does. He has 4 sisters and 1 brother. I have one brother and one sister.

Who wears the pants? Jared.

What is your favorite thing about him? There are too many to count. To name a few, he is funny and makes me laugh, the way he makes me feel just by the way he looks at me, he is a wonderful and attentive daddy, the confidence he has in himself.

Champ

For a couple of months now Jared has been asking me about getting a new dog. Our beloved Jake died a year and a half ago and I just wasn't ready for another dog. Silly but I actually felt like I was replacing him. He was a beautiful golden lab and was the best dog. Jared really needed and missed man's best friend that follows him everywhere. Well, as always Jared tells me about pet stores he sees and I always say 'No Way!' But for some reason I said willing and excited 'Let's Go!' The kids of course are always asking us about getting a new dog. So they were really excited to go. There were lots of cute dogs but there was one we just had to see. He looked at us with these cute brown eyes and was just so adorable. He's a two month old pure bred golden retreiver and his coat was just so soft. After spending some time with him and having the kids pet him we all just said this is the dog. So we now have a new addition to our family. It has been about 3 weeks since we brought him home and he is such a great dog. I must admit, after we brought him home, I thought 'I have just added more work for myself''. Julian has really stepped up and has really taken care of him. He feeds him and takes him out to go to the bathroom and brings him in. He even picks up his little presents he leaves us outside without even asking. He has been such a big help I hardly do anything. We all are so excited to have "Champ" in our family.

Love, Love, Love this play. Saw it this weekend (finally) with Jared. He even thought it was great. I am going to try and see it again with my mom. Anyone who hasn't seen it should definitely try to go see it.
